The simple thought that you wouldn&#8217;t be there for this rakhi and for all the years to come is so painful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You know, I\u2019d always believed that you came into this world solely for Mamba \u2014 as an answer to her desperate prayers for a sibling. I felt that&#8217;s one of the reasons the bond between you two was so strong. Before you were born, she would tie a rakhi to Lord Vishnu every single year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The last few days leading up to Rakhi this year have been so tough for both Mamba and me. We never imagined that this year, you wouldn\u2019t be here with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We kept remembering last Rakhi \u2014 Mamba and Neysha tying rakhis on your little wrist. How you were more interested in the sweets afterwards? It was such a beautiful moment !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who would have thought that last year would be the last time Mamba would tie a rakhi for you? This year, my heart broke as she placed her rakhi at the temple. Neysha brought one for you too, and I kept it there beside hers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I still can\u2019t understand why you had to leave so soon. You came to us after such a long wait, only to go away again. You were supposed to be here \u2014 at least for Mamba. She\u2019s so lonely without you, and she misses you so deeply. This void you\u2019ve left\u2026 I know it can never be filled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope you\u2019re happy and safe, wherever you are.
